A:

City Delivery caters to most major areas of Metro Manila. You can get food from establishments near your designated areas. To view the complete list of our scope of delivery, please download the Area Guide here.

You can also order from establishments that are not in your area, for a higher minimum fee, and a longer delivery time. If you reside or work in close proximity to our current service areas, just a give us a call at 87878 and find out if we can deliver to your place too.

Q: How do I order?
A:

Great tasting food has never been this easy to avail – what you crave for is just a DIAL or CLICK AWAY!

There are two ways for you to order:

First, you may call us at our delivery hotline, 87878, and our friendly customer service representatives will assist you with your needs.

You may also log on to our official website, www.citydelivery.ph from where you can register and order your food online.

Q: Can I order food from Area X if my delivery address is in Area Y?
A:

Yes, City Delivery can do long distance deliveries, you just have to add P265 as your "Long Distance Delivery Fee". However, if your order reaches P2500, the "Long Distance Delivery Fee" will be waived. It is best to make your long distance delivery orders in advance, to ensure that your food will be delivered to your place on time. To ensure freshness and quality of food, City Delivery recommends that customers order from Areas that are in close proximity to their delivery location.

*If the establishment you are ordering from is at least 4km away from your delivery location, it will be considered as a long distance delivery.

Q: My delivery address is not in your service area, can I still call you for delivery?
A:

Yes you can. City Delivery can also deliver to areas that are not in our current areas of delivery. However, we will have to adjust the delivery time and the minimum delivery fee. Although City Delivery has measures in place to ensure freshness and quality of food, you should also be aware the depending on your location, the food might not be as good as you expect it to be.

Q: Can I order in advance?
A:

Yes, of course. Just inform us when it will be best to deliver your food. We can provide for any corporate or private gathering for your utmost convenience.

Q: Do you accept Credit Cards?
A:

Yes we do! City Delivery accepts all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and JCB. Our website is capable of accepting online payments while our riders are equipped with Mobile POS that can also accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards and ATM Cards.

Q: Why does the delivery time vary from order to order?
A:

There are many factors that affect the time of delivery but we use well developed delivery methods to ensure that orders arrive on average within 45 minutes of your phone call. We go to great lengths to ensure that your food is delivered as fast as possible, however, our take on food delivery is highly unpredictable. Delivery time varies because it’s based on how busy the restaurants at the time you place your order, the number of food you order, the distance of the restaurant to your location and most especially, weather which causes traffic in certain areas. Since the food that we deliver is not fast food, a fixed time cannot be guaranteed. However, rest assured, we have measures in place to ensure that your delivery experience is quick and pleasant.

Q: Is it customary to give a tip to the drivers?
A:

Yes, but it is absolutely not a necessity. Most customers tip the same as they would in a restaurant.

Q: Can I order from multiple restaurants?
A:

Yes, however this will be served as different transactions. As much as possible we would like to have one food delivery per motorcycle at a time to ensure quality and freshness of food.

Q: Do you sell other items?
A:

We mainly deliver dishes offered by our Restaurant partners and other non-food products that go along with them. We also carry house items of your favorite softdrinks, local and international alcoholic beverages, snacks and even playing cards and poker chips.

Q: What are your service terms?
A:

With just a minimum food order of P500 and a 10% standard delivery charge, you can enjoy healthier, better prepared food from our restaurant partners. If your order falls below P500, an additional P100 "Below Minimum" Fee will be charged on top of the 10% delivery charge.

Q: Why are some restaurants listed not in my location?
A:

City Delivery is currently catering to almost all major areas in the Metro. We can also deliver out of our scope for bulk/big orders. However, rest assured, we will be adding more areas and more restaurant partners soon.

Q: I own a restaurant and I want to be a partner, how do I join?
A:

We highly welcome restaurants who want to be part of City Delivery! All you have to do is email us with your letter of intent at partners [at] citydelivery [dot] ph and our Partners Liaison Officers will attend to your inquiries as soon as they can.

Q: I work at a company that is using a PBX system that doesn't recognize 5-digit phone numbers, how do I call you?
A:

Simple! All you have to do is add another "78" at the end of our number to make it into a 7-digit number. Our number then becomes 878-7878.

Q: I am having a hard time contacting your number, do you have another number that I can call to?
A:

Some customers who uses Globe lines can have difficulties in calling 5-digit numbers such as 87878. Unfortunately, these are telco issues that we have no control of. The good news is, you can still contact our number by adding another "78" at the end of our number to make it a 7-digit one. Thus, you can call us by dialing 878-7878.
