Fresh from the restaurant to your doorstep!

City Delivery currently delivers lunch, snacks and dinner from 1030 am to 1030 pm. Our main delivery areas include The Fort, Makati, Ortigas, Greenhills and Eastwood CBD areas. We also delivery to many areas outside of these scope for a higher minimum order. We shall be serving more locations soon! If you want delivery from areas outside our scope, just give us a call and find out if we deliver to your place too.

Some service reminders and policies for our valued customers to keep in mind:

• Our minimum food order is 500 pesos plus a standard 10% delivery charge
• Orders have a 3 minute window where you can cancel or change your orders! Please be mindful of this time frame as we need to coordinate with the restaurants on availability to avoid any delays and problems.
• Tipping is not necessary but well appreciated. You may tip as you do a restaurant. Our riders would most appreciate it!
• You may order from different restaurants but it will be treated as separate transactions
• City Delivery welcomes not only cash transactions but credit card transactions for its partner cards: AMEX, JCB, VISA and MASTERCARD
• City Delivery reserves the right to refuse anyone below 18 years of age to order alcoholic beverages as well as cigarettes. We may request for ID for validation.
• City Delivery reserves the right to not deliver the food due to weather, rider safety, natural calamity and situations where we deem unfit for delivery.
• On extreme weather conditions, City Delivery cannot guarantee delivery time, which could be affected by low visibility, impassable routes, and driver safety among others.
• Senior Citizen Discounts are being accepted. Please inform our Customer Service Agents during the call that you will be availing the Senior Citizen Discount. The Senior Citizen Discount ID number should be given to the Customer Service Agent during the call, and the ID should be presented to the delivery rider upon delivery.
