BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Requirements:
• 21 to 35 years old
• At least Bachelor's/College's Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working experience
• Knowledge in all areas of sales and sales-related activities such as promotion, advertising, documentation and sales.
• Excellent Communication skills; written and verbal
• Pleasing Personality: presentable and has a sense of humor
• Required Language(s): English, Filipino
• Proficient with MS Office Application (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Willing to work in Makati City.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development of the company in business strategy, objective and plans
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings with restaurant and corporate clients
• Planning and preparing presentations
• Establishing and maintaining working relationships
• Administering accounts and writing reports
• Understanding about their market and competitors’ products
• Self- motivated but able to work as a part of a team
• Confident in presenting to large groups of people
• Willing to go to business meetings on field around the Metro
• Assisting the business Development Manager in pitching for new clients, and maintaining existing accounts
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Requirements:
• 21 to 30 years old
• Candidate must be a graduate of any 2 year course or at least college level, with at least 6 months experience in call center
• Ability to build rapport with people
• Organized, resourceful and friendly
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to react quickly to client issues and can multitask
• Required Language(s): English, Filipino
• Computer literate and must have good typing skills
• Day shift schedule only
• Willing to work in Makati City
Responsibilities:
• Provide world-class customer service through inbound and outbound calls
• Order taking and answering of customer queries
• Responds to various customer issues and concerns
• Handles customer inquiries while providing useful information on products and services
• Work productively, professionally and demonstrate ways to improve Customer Service
• Self- motivated but able to work as a part of a team
