Watering Hole was established in 1995 as the first and only independent brewery in the Philippines. Over the years, it has evolved into one of the best restobars in Metro Manila incorporating fine food and entertainment as major attractions of the place. Among the favorites of its loyal patrons are the sinfully delicious crispy pata, inihaw na baboy, nilagang baka and sinigang na hipon.
