People have grown to enjoy the so-called “Pancit Bame” which is shrimps, squids, oysters, smoked fish flakes, pork cracklets, and duck legs laid over fat rice noodles. It is now more commonly known as “Pancit Malabon.” Seeing that a lot of people enjoyed this dish gave birth to the concept of Pancit ng Taga Malabon.
During celebrations, Filipinos usually eat long noodles that symbolize long life and good fortune. Nowadays however, Filipinos enjoy eating noodle dishes even during regular days whether for meals or merienda. Pancit ng Taga Malabon is perfect for this because their food is delicious and made from clean and fresh raw materials. For vegetarians or non-pork eaters, they also have an option to have zero pork on their pancit malabon.
