Leslies Restaurant

“The year 1999 marked a promising start on the business venture of Mr. Leslie C. Paelmo and his wife, Mrs. Dolores G. Paelmo who came from a family of wood carvers from the province of Laguna.  Looking at the prospect of marketing Filipino treats which the province is most famous for, the couple opened a small "pasalubong" or gift shop in Tagaytay City named "Leslie's Pasalubong" selling "special" buko pies as its banner product to passing tourists and locals wanting a taste of native Filipino delicacies.”

With the success of their endeavor, the couple thought of expanding their operations by having three nipa huts for rent together with their ‘pasalubong shop.’ From there the couple increased the nipa huts by 7 more and decided to foray into the restaurant business and thus the first Leslie’s Restaurant was born. Being famous for their sumptuous best sellers like the Leslie’s Bulalo, Kare-kare, Sisig and Grilled Seafood, it is a pleasure to know that they sell it at an affordable price.

Together with the mouth-watering dishes comes the ambiance that feed your eyes with pleasure. Leslie’s restaurant is known for having a scenic locale in every branch. Customers can enjoy a wonderful view of the taal volcano at their branch at Tagaytay while feasting on their famous Kare-kare. You may also enjoy the vines hanging from the ceiling and sweet sound of the water falling right through the glass while sipping your hot Bulalo at their forest garden branch at Cavite. Finally you could visit their tropical valley restaurant at their alabang branch which portrays a ship with a small pond at the entrance.

Leslie’s Restaurant is a perfect place for occasions and celebrations. A place where there is good food and a magnificent ambiance perfect for building happy memories that will last a lifetime.
