Kalye Juan

Pampanga is, one of the birthplaces of many mouth-watering dishes in the Philippines. The talents of the people in Pampanga and neighboring places enabled the success of fusing and transforming their food delights that both satisfy the Filipino’s tastes and can match the foreign culinary arena of exquisite. One of the restaurants which carry the original sense of Pampanga’s cooking technique, tastes and success is Kalye Juan.

Started in March 2005, Kalye Juan opened its doors to serve and present the greatness of Pampanga’s cooking which traces back its recipes and style from the grandparents of the proprietor. They serve a wide array of menu offering “Sisig sa Kalye” and “Bangus Kare-Kare” or milkfish belly in peanut sauce which are some of their best-sellers. They also have a wide selection of sweets and desserts such as the “Sago’t Panakota” and “Tibok-tibok” or carabao's milk pudding, also known as Maja Blanca. Kalye Juan, from its name which bears every Filipino in the Philippines, makes food, the “Juan” way. All of which are readily available via delivery, but all are a must-to-order especially when dining in.
