The flagship of the LJC Restaurant Group, Café Adricatico traced its beginnings as an antique shop. Dull business brought about its conversion to a quaint café serving a full menu of Spanish Mediterranean dishes and a variety of light options such as salads, sandwiches, omelettes and fondues. From then on, Café Adriatico was known to have expertly fused Filipino and Spanish gastronomy. As the years passed, its menu offerings adjusted with how the time has changed the cravings of the locals and foreigners, and now offers some American Burgers and other well-loved comfort foods.
Café Adriatico’s famous pancit palabok has been a local favorite for so long and it still never fails to captivate all senses with is bright orange sauce and mouthwatering toppings comprised of shrimps, squids, pork cracklings and boiled eggs. Another menu hit is its Akuw’a or Yemeni Oxtail. Savor the flavors coming from the tender oxtail swimming in a staple Saudi Arabian spice blend called Hawayij made up of saffron threads, cardamom seeds, turmeric and many more.
